WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE

William Shakespeare was born in Stratford-upon-Avon, England around April 23, 1564 (It has 

been historically said however not dated.) And he died 52 years later on the same date.  William was the third child of John Shakespeare,and Mary Arden.

 

It is likely Shakespeare was went to school at the local King Edward VI Grammar l in Stratford. At the age of 18 William married Anne Hathaway the daughter of a local farmer on November 28, 1582. 6 months later their first child Susanna was born, Later came two more children Hamnet and Judith.

 

Throughout the years 1585 and 1592 it is unknown what Shakespeare had been up to, however it is believed he moved to london away from his family to work on acting and playwriting. Shakespeare began coming known with his first few plays coming out. He began writing plays that are well known today such as ‘Midsummer Night's Dream’ and ‘Romeo and Juliet’.

 

In 1602 Shakespeare's success allowed him to move upmarket silver street, where he wrote some of his greatest plays including

‘Macbeth’ and ‘Hamlet’. Shakespeare spent his last years of his life living in Stratford. He died on his birthday 1616 and was buried in Holy Trinity Church in Stratford.
